The Bata company and family have been deeply linked to the development of independent Zimbabwe and have stuck with the country through thick and thin. By partnering with them, we believe we can reach more people and have more impact.
All money raised will go entirely to support a Friends of BATA supported project helping low income families and individuals struggling during Covid-19.- additionally, Mr Bata and his family will match the total amount raised.
The Beast Foundation is founded by Springbok and World Cup Champion, Tendai Beast Mtawarira. Beast and his team have been carrying out work in deprived communities of South Africa and Zimbabwe for a number of years now. At a time when everyone is feeling the effects of this pandemic, Beast believes that we must all come together and help those that are most vulnerable in our society hence this initiative.
