This money will be going towards civilians in Baalbeck, Lebanon that can't support themselves throughout the Corona virus pandemic. 1 in 4 Lebanese individuals live in poverty( under $266/month ) without enough income to meet basic lifehood needs from food to rent to health care. 

Last month we launched a campaign and worked with Safe Side to feed 100 families in Baalbeck with your generous donations! This time our goal is to feed 200 families during the month of Ramadan! You can provide food for a family for just $25!

Baalbeck is a city in the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon known throughout history for being very poor and having a high unemployment rate. Over 49.2% of households in Baalbeck have a low degree of life satisfaction, and that is before Corona started.

Now with Corona, almost everyone in the city is not working due to quarantine and the government is not providing any support to those that have to stay home; leaving them without any help to pay rent, buy food, and provide basic life necessities They need immediate relief to pay for their needs.

That is why people like you who can donate will provide huge support to those underprivileged families and kids in the city. The goal is to reach $5000 and send it to Safe Side. Safe side is a nonprofit organization in Baalbeck, they have been buying food, packaging it and distributing it to poor families in the city. Keep in mind that these food packages are the only source of help these families are getting. 

The people of Baalbeck need our help, and I am sure we can at least raise some money and help them!
