Covering the cost of travel for work as volunteer

Hi, my name is Iain Scott-Burdon. I am raising some funds to help covering the cost of the travelling & accommodation of both deaf festivals which will happen later this year. These are: VV (Visual Vernacular) Underground festival in Washington DC, USA which will be happened at the end of May, and the Clin d'Oeil International Culture of Art festival in Reims, France which will take place at the beginning of July. VV is something I am so passionate about and I have grown inside me to get involved with that special, magic art of sign language. I have watched loads of deaf VV artists from almost everywhere on this earth and they are all incredibly good. The Clin d'Oeil festival is so amazing where there are over 20,000 deaf people from all over the world to attend and see lots of things such as art performance, films, stalls where deaf people make things and, social with people learning about their countries & culture.
As I had been accepted to work as volunteer at both festivals, that will be my first time ever to be a volunteer for any International Deaf festival so I am keen to make that happened to achieve my dreams and to support people who attends both festivals with information, guides or advice as I will use the International Sign (sign language) to communicate people coming from all over the world. I am ready for those challenges which I know it would be very hard working and work long hours but this is something I have always wanted in my life.
- For the VV Underground festival in Washington, I had already paid in full for the airline fare but for this fundraising, I am asking for 50% of that fare to be covered, also few nights accommodation as the VV festival team couldn't be able to cover as this is their first VV festival ever, however they will provide me the volunteer t-shirt, meals and few others.
- For the Clin d'Oeil festival, the transport cost will need to be covered 100% from this fundraising and they will provide me accommodation, meals and few others.
As I already said that I had paid in full for the flight to USA, that is because I plan to travel in the north-east area of the USA after that festival and that will be paid by myself. For the evidence of acceptance from both organisations, please see below for your information.
