On September 6, 2026, my sister, a college student, experienced a terrifying act of domestic violence.

After going out with her boyfriend, he became heavily intoxicated. While she was riding in a vehicle with him and three of his friends, she says her boyfriend punched her in the mouth with such force that her teeth went through her lip. She alleges that he then put his finger into the open wound and slammed her head against the vehicle window repeatedly. His friend that was driving the vehicle would not pull over and let her out.

She says she was prevented from leaving the vehicle and getting herself to safety.

When they arrived at his mother’s home, my sister says her phone and keys were taken from her and hidden and she was prevented from calling her dad , and then made her change out of her bloody clothes to hide the severity of the situation. Also told her that she needed to make up a story

We are withholding my sister’s name and identifying information for her safety and privacy.

Now she and our family are preparing for the legal battle ahead.

This fundraiser has one specific purpose: to help cover her legal expenses as she seeks protection, accountability, and justice through the legal system. Funds raised will be used toward attorney fees and other expenses directly associated with her legal representation and case.
