My name is Kristin, and I am the aunt and primary caregiver of my niece, Emma, for the 2025–2026 school year. Emma is a bright, funny, and caring 3rd grader. I am doing everything I can to create a stable, loving environment for her, but this year we are facing a financial challenge that I cannot manage alone.

With my work schedule and the demands of caring for her, Emma will need both before and after school care every day, as well as coverage for non-school days. These programs are essential for her safety, consistency, and well-being — they give her a structured start and finish to each school day and ensure she has a reliable place to go when school is closed.

However, the costs add up quickly. Non-school days alone are $48 per day, and when combined with regular before and after school care, the total for the school year is more than I can afford on my own.

I am reaching out for support to help cover these expenses so Emma can have the stable, supportive care she deserves.
