Hello! My name is Olivia, and I’m a fourth-year student at Carleton University. Alongside my partners, Ben, Sierra, and Elijah, we’re raising $5,000 to refurbish the community basketball court and provide essential sports equipment and basketball hoops for youth in Longido, Tanzania.

Sports play a powerful role in youth development, encouraging teamwork, confidence, and creativity. However, the existing basketball court in Longido is in need of repairs, and many schools in the surrounding area lack basic resources such as basketball hoops and sports equipment. Without proper sporting essentials, youth miss out on the physical, social, and personal benefits that sports can provide. In April, we'll be travelling to Tanzania to help bring this project to life, and your support is key to making it happen.
