My name is Bella Phelps, and I am a prospective Eagle Scout. I am currently a junior in high school and have been actively involved in Scouting since fifth grade. I have a passion for child development and education. I'm excited to provide a place for children to sit and make friends, while they explore reading.

My Eagle Scout project is to build a Buddy Bench and Free Little Library for the County Club Green Estates community.
