Hi, I'm Lesley Armstrong from Corvus People, and our team is lacing up our running shoes to take on the Belfast City Marathon relay—all for an incredible cause! We're running to raise vital funds for our charity partner, Include Youth, an amazing organization that transforms the lives of young people in need.

Since 1979, Include Youth has been a beacon of hope for care-experienced young people and those at risk of falling through the cracks. These young people often face huge challenges—lack of support, limited opportunities, and an increased risk of unemployment. Include Youth steps in to provide life-changing services, helping 700-800 young people every year build brighter futures through education, skills training, and employment support.

One of their flagship programs, Give & Take, was created to give young people the wraparound support they need to succeed—offering essential skills, qualifications, mentoring, and career pathways. With backing from The National Lottery, Children in Need, and Comic Relief, this program has already changed so many lives—but there’s still more work to do.
