There is a shortage of Crossing Guards within the Chicago Public School system.  We are raising funds so we can ask a local neighbor in need of some extra income to act as a crossing guard at a very busy and dangerous intersection a block away from Chopin, a Chicago Public school.  

There are 33 weeks left in the school year and we are hoping to be able to offer $200-$250 a week for someone to be out there from 8am to 9am and 3pm to 4pm Monday to Friday.  

Any and all donations would be greatly appreciated and would be a great help to parents trying to get their kids to school safely!
