Cornell Mews Rink Fund
Donation protected
Fellow Cornellians,
A large part of why my family moved to Cornell Village in 2019 was the Cornell Mews Rink. I grew up in the area. Every winter I saw kids and families enjoying the rink. I could see how impactful the rink was to the health of families and the life of the community.
The rink has been operating for well over a decade. The boards have seen their share of winter fun, and now it's time to replace them. I've been working with Adam Werrell to take over as Volunteer Coordinator for Cornell Mews Rink. Adam drafted building plans and costs to replace the boards. We assess that $3,000 would sufficiently cover the cost of boards, screws, lighting, liners.
We are also recruiting volunteers for the build and weekly maintenance here.
At this time, we ask for your donation to get this remarkable community effort underway, once again.
See you at the rink!
