My beautiful, wonderful wife here has been in the hospital for almost a month now.

She has lost a lot of weight and is suffering with some physical and mental difficulties.

We don't know at this point if she will survive.

It has been very hard on our family of seven children.

It has been very difficult to work enough to support the family and take care of our children's needs.
