From Mississippi to the North of the UK - help us grow the movement

Hi, my name's Gully and I'm a founding member of Cooperation Hull. I'm working with members of Cooperation Sheffield, Cooperation Manchester and Cooperation Dundee to strengthen our movement for wholesale system change, by working together.

Our groups have taken different approaches - with similar inspirations and aims - and between us we have a LOT of learnings to share, learnings that could be put to use by us and others around the country and beyond. But, most of us have never met in person.

We hope that our first in-person gathering in September 2025 will sew the seeds of more revolutionary collaboration in the North. Can you help us get there?

We need some funds to help with travel and accommodation costs to get people from Hull, Manchester and Dundee over to Sheffield. Because face to face is where the magic happens.

If you've been supporting the work of Cooperation Sheffield, Hull, Manchester or Dundee from afar, if you believe that we urgently need to replace this cruel and broken economy with a Solidarity Economy using tools already in use around the world, if you can see this decaying political system for what it is and are hoping against hope that a new social movement will rise up in its ashes...
