Mental health is a crucial part of our lives yet we don't talk about it enough in our society. How many women cry behind closed doors? How many women feel unheard and misunderstood?

It's time to raise a banner for mental health. It's time to reach out in compassion to our lost, broken and hurting sisters.

- prepare emergency packs for women and/or children feeling from abuse with essential items such as food, clothing, nappies and toiletries. We also want to include words of encouragement and scriptures to mentally support our sisters.
