Cookies Kitchen of Pasadena-Hurricane Relief for N Carolina

The hurricane victims in North Carolina are still in desperate need. People are dying and some people are still being found. It’s cold and so many are in tents. Children are being removed from their families because of the living conditions. Help is desperately needed. Shelter and volunteers are the number one priority. A group of us are heading down on Dec 4th to work in conjunction with a couple of churches for the week. Please help!!!!!

We need the following:

Monetary donations

Blankets

New gloves, warm hats, heaters, sleeping bags 15 degrees or better

We plan on funding and helping build small shelters for families to have a roof over their heads, beyond the tents they may have.

If you can find it in your heart, please donate in any way that you can. Let’s show our fellow citizens some holiday spirit. We will be accepting donations at the restaurant. If nothing else, please check out what is going on with these people. Sorry for the long post, but this weighs very heavily on me.
