Cook Family

My name is Chantal Joseph and my father Guy Bourgeois and I are raising money to help our family. This is not a route we would normally take however, we have exhausted all resources.

My daughter Teale Cook her husband Amos and 2 year old son paid $23,000 as a down payment on their first home. They choose a local Montrose Co builder.

The builder led them on and they went through the process of building a small home. The builder then fled to the Virgin Islands.

After seeking help from attorneys, with no results, as the builders can not be found anywhere.

The Cook family is left with no home and their $23,000 gone. This was the entire savings of the 20 something year old couple. We are trying to raise money to help them build a small place to live.

It's sad, it’s unfortunate but all one can do is try to believe in the good in this world.
