Please help us arrange the transportation of my 8-year-old sister, Rama Al-Bardini, who has Down Syndrome, and the rest of my family from Gaza!

Because Rama has Down Syndrome, she is particularly vulnerable during Israeli bombing because the noise makes her so frightened that she cannot speak or communicate.

The bombing also had a major psychological impact on her, as she could not stop crying or control herself. Rama cannot live with these harsh conditions due to her condition and illness. She and the rest of my family have been displaced several times, from Rafah to Nuseirat, and she suffered psychological trauma during the displacement.

My brother Mohannad is a university student who wanted to become a photographer because of his love and passion for photography, and he excelled in his studies in order to become what he wanted, but because of the war, the universities were destroyed, and Hopes Despite his young age(20) year , he endured a lot of trouble and psychological pressure, he and my family, because of the destruction and displacement.

Before the war, he dreamed of traveling around the world and taking pictures of everyone, giving them hope, but now he is lost and needs hope

قبل الحرب كان بيحلم يسافر حول العالم والتقاط الصور للجميع ورسم البسمة واعطاء الناس الأمل . ولاكن الأن هوة الشخص الذي يحتاج الأمل

In this war, my family faced all forms of suffering and loss, whether financial, psychological, or even human. My family forcibly left our home several times, once for two months. Our house did not survive and was bombed. Now they live in very difficult conditions, buying basic necessities at incredible prices with no source of income.

When you see and hear your family's fear of the sounds of bombing and death, and you see your beautiful city destroyed , and your relatives and friends die every day, and you are helpless to do anything. You feel very hopeless

في هذه الحرب العنيفة ، عانت أهلي من كل انواع المعاناة سواء كانت مادية، نفسية، حتى خسائر بشرية من النزوح من بيتنا قسريا لمدة شهرين الى قصف منزلنا ، إلى شراء الحاجيات الأساسية ب٤ أضعاف السعر الاصلي حتى من دون ما يكون في أي مصدر دخل، وكيف انك تشوف اخوتك بيرتجفوا من الخوف عند سماع أصوات القصف والصواريخ، وحتى مدينتك كيف بيملئها الموت والدمار والاشلاء وانت مش قادر تعمل اشي. ولا قادر تقدم أشي بتشعر بالإحباط واليئس الشديد

According to the horrific results of the war, schools and universities such as the Islamic University and Al-Azhar, hospitals, mosques and even residential areas were bombed. By destroying all these aspects of life, be it education, health, economy or work, there is no way to live a good life in this country, so I decided with a broken heart to move my family from my beautiful city Gaza to Belgium, the country that embraced me, so please My family is in desperate need of your help in rebuilding their lives.

My name is Mohammed from Gaza, a refugee in Belgium and my family is in Gaza, and with much sadness and regret, today I send you this urgent invitation to help build back the little that we have lost from this cruel and terrible war. I am sending you this message of suffering after my family lost everything: our home, our dreams, our dignity and our security.

All money raised will go towards getting across the Rafah border into Egypt and out of war-torn Gaza. Every donation, no matter how small, is a huge help - thank you so much for your kindness.

The purpose of the fundraiser is to evacuate my family and provide for their immediate needs.

- Evacuation via the Rafah/Egypt crossing, which currently requires $8,000 per person.

* Minimum cost of living in Egypt: $2,000 per month ($25,000 total for 12 months)
