Continued care for the most vulnerable
As more and more organisations are drying out financially, I have to find a way to continue my work in Ukraine solo. After 5 missions, it is impossible for me to step out now, when the need to hold on is bigger than ever. It's not easy and I am heavily depended on the help of private people to do so. I am so grateful for the help I receive from a lot of local people, offering up a place to stay, a meal to eat or a much needed car repair. But still there are so many costs involved in working animal rescue in Ukraine. Transportation, food, tools to work with. The list is never ending.
I want to remain active in Ukraine. My focus will be where it always was, on the dogs and cats fending for themselves. On organising sterilisation and vaccination for them. On feeding them and shelter work. On capturing and healing them when they are sick or wounded. On transporting them home, wherever that may be. However, as more time in this war goes on, humanitarian and veterinarian aid often cross over into each other. I will be jumping in wherever I am needed. Wherever I can help.
Plans are in the make for sterilization campagnes in Slvansk, Izyum and Lyman. I need your help to let me help make a difference! I wouldnt want to ask for anything else but your support in my work.
Thank you!
