Hello Everybody,

Thank you for taking time out of your day to be here. My name is Leslie Flores and I am a junior at Jesuit High School (Portland, OR).

I have created this fundraising page to raise funds for an upcoming school trip out of state. On Friday, November 14, 2025, a group of high school students, including myself, will be traveling to Washington D.C. to take part in an Ignatian Teach-In For Justice Advocacy Summit.

The Ignatian Family Teach-In Summit is meant for Jesuit schools all across the country to participate in different social justice issues like migration and climate change/environment.

Throughout the weekend there, we will join in many talks and presentations from many different people, sharing personal stories, and even including giving a presentation in front of government officials and even individuals from different congressional districts across the Portland Metro Area (like Wyden, Maxine Dexter, and more!).

I have a fundraising goal of $777.50 that is due in less than a week!!!

I am really hoping you consider donating any amount - I appreciate anything that is donated. I hope you consider supporting me in reaching my goal to allow me to participate in an advocacy summit regarding any current political issues and more!
