More information about Pieta: We’re Pieta, the charity that prevents suicide and self-harm. That means being there for you if you are self-harming, struggling with suicidal thoughts, or have lost someone to suicide. Every year nearly 500 people in Ireland take their own lives, that’s one life lost every week. It doesn’t have to be this way. Pieta exists to change this by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together through Darkness Into Light.

This charity is life changing to all its users and have helped so many.

To raise funds for this wonderful cause, I intend on running the Connemarathon (42k) on the 19th of April to mark a year back on the running bandwagon. I would really appreciate any donation no matter how small!
