Sometime between childhood and adulthood most of us stoped creating, playing, and connecting with others. It would be one thing if the only effect of having those things drop off was inconsequential but the effects are much more serious. This disconnection and lack of expressing ourselves has caused an epidemic of loneliness and anxiety.

Recently the surgeon general has stated that the health effects of loneliness is more serious than that associated with obesity and physical inactivity (equivalent to that of smoking 15 cigarettes a day). Anxiety is equally plaguing our modern society.

“The New York Times called anxiety the inner pandemic. And it didn't end when the pandemic eased. Anxiety disorder worldwide increased a full 25% during the pandemic.

But after the pandemic began to ease, anxiety kept going up.” - Martha Beck (author of Beyond Anxiety).

She states in the book that the opposite of anxiety isn’t calm; it’s creativity.

There is one thing that seems to hold true throughout human history, and that is, humans thrive when we are together. With the rapid change of societal structures and the digitization of our culture we now, more than ever, need meeting places where we can once again connect to one another, nature, and our own creative souls. A loving space where we can re-discover connection, play, creativity, and healing.

The images here are the plans for the first planned Connected Humanity Center to be erected in the Phoenix ‍Metro area in Arizona.

Once our first center is operational we will continue to expand across the United States and eventually the globe.

Connected Humanity Centers will feature a multi art building, community garden, outdoor meeting space, and main gathering building.

Based on an affordable membership model Connected Humanity Centers will be open to individuals, couples, life partners, and familles of all ages.

This August 2025 the Arizona Corporate Commission approved Connect Humanity Centers for filing as a nonprofit organization.

Now we need your help to get recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt organization to allow for full fundraising efforts and grants.
