As many of you may know, Ben and his wife Tash are expecting their first child at the beginning of February.

I’ve decided to set up a small donation page for anyone who would like to contribute towards newborn essentials. Absolutely any amount would be hugely appreciated. I still remember just how quickly the costs add up when a baby arrives.

I also want to be very clear that there is absolutely no obligation to donate. I know you already pay your membership, which Ben does an amazing job of reinvesting back into the club. This is purely optional and only for those who wish to be involved.

I’ll also be leaving a card in the gym that you can sign whenever you’re in.
