“Everybody eats, and there’s room at the table.” These aren’t just words to my husband, Neeko; they are a calling. Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Neeko has built a community centered around the simple, powerful act of sharing a meal. Whether it’s organizing kids' programs, helping neighbors on the street, or visiting our local seniors to share a warm meal, Neeko’s mission is to make sure everyone feels seen and supported.
Neeko shows up every single day, no matter how tough things get. His work has made a massive difference, providing food to 200-300 people every single week.
The Vision: Moving Beyond the Car
Currently, Neeko does all of this entirely out of his personal vehicle. He manually loads supplies, hauls heavy tables, and sets up cooking equipment in the elements—rain, snow, or shine. As the mission of Confidence 2 Create grows, the physical toll of operating out of a personal car is reaching its limit. To keep up with the need, we are raising funds for a reliable used food trailer. This trailer will change everything. It will allow Neeko to:
- Stop the Heavy Lifting: No more packing a personal car to the roof and hauling tables across parking lots.
- Serve Hotter, Safer Meals: Cook and serve directly from a professional kitchen, protected from the Minnesota weather.
- Be Truly Mobile: Pull up and serve directly in the neighborhoods and senior centers that need it most.
Our goal is to raise enough to purchase a functional, pre-owned food trailer that meets all local health codes. This will give Neeko the professional tools he needs to continue his life-changing work.
