We, like so many others, are horrified and devastated about the intense rise in anti-Asian violence after a year of xenophobic rhetoric and racist attacks.
In response to this, Compassion in SGV was born. Our mission is to provide a sense of security and help unify communities in San Gabriel Valley. We aim to serve and help protect the vulnerable, putting compassion and unity above all—because in times of difficulty, we come together.
As a new, all-volunteer organization, we are grateful for any contributions to support our volunteers and our community. Donations will be used to help fund startup costs, which can include advertising, safety materials for all volunteers and community members, and outreach materials.
