Solidarity has shown in action how real change is achieved by helping organise workers, communities and young people. That's how water charges were defeated and repeal, abortion and pay rises were won. Other parties just want to prop up Fianna Fail and Fine Gael in Government, that's why little really changes.
We need to put the system in the dock for the massmental health suffering in our community, and in our Homes. 1 in 3 teenagers our suffering with their mental health. The biopsychosocial model to mental health puts the system in the dock. Ireland has one of the highest rates of mental health illness in Europe.

We need working class political representatives who champion movements of workers, women, women and all the oppressed and exploited to fight for :
Taking the tax Apple owes and use it to build the 100,000 homes needed and set up a state Fair Rent Agency to impose reductions in rents. Taking €600 million, a fraction of the billionaire wealth, to immediately make all existing public transport free, helping the climate and reducing costs for workers and students.
A 15euro minimum wage for all workers
If we organise in unions, in the communities and in a new political movement we can also challenge the capitalist system itself. Solidarity stands for socialist change, the democratic public ownership of the economic resources by working people and using them for people and planet, not the profits of the few.”
