Community Vets 10th Birthday Defibrillator Appeal
Donation protected
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of our veterinary practice at Markham Farm in Easton in Gordano, we are raising some money to be able to install a community accessible defibrillator and emergency bleed kit in the entrance to our site. This will be available for the general public 24/7. We are very much aware that the first 10 minutes are so crucial when dealing with a cardiac arrest or significant haemorrhage; we do not have access to this equipment very quickly from our site, so it seems a fitting way of supporting our community of clients and any others who pass our gates or live locally and become urgently in need. We hope that you will feel able to help us raise an initial sum of £3,000 which will allow us to buy the defibrillator, pay for the electrical supply to the cabinet and give us a buffer for consumable items to ensure smooth running of the service going forwards.
We very much enjoy looking after such a wonderful group of clients and your equally wonderful pets, and are excited to be able to celebrate our special birthday by giving something back to the community. Thank you for your help in doing this.
