this effort we have to offer acsessable for local schools nurseries & everyone in the community to tackle issues and future challenges and help reduce strain on the system and services already in place. Hopefully inspiring others and allowing myself to achieve goals and earn self worth and respect and support for my efforts in tribute for those lost too soon & boosting my own and anyone else mental health if they wish to join. me I am looking for support to make a community van project possible whatever I raise will be used for cost of daily running maintenance supporting local causes which we have done to date with ongoing projects and anything we can be involved with and help with voluntary effort in any way. If I can help other groups wherever possible help elderly or vulnerable where possible. Grafitti removal adverse weather support & more as a community group effort I am trying to build I welcome you to contact me via our Facebook page fraserburgh community van project anything you can spare is appreciated thankyou for your support I do this in memory of my younger brother Timi and as someone who self manages anixety i was inspired to make this voluntary group non profit as a community group for everyone & those who need extra encourigment and support to attend join in. i currently self fund this group as an unpaid carer with my carers allowance this has been a difficult challenge to get to where we are now but I am determined not to give up and given a chance I will not disappoint anything we can raise to help towards fuel/ and running costs I have covered cost of vehicle for the group as well as most of equipment as well as constantly upgrading the tools and equipment I have to utilise to do what I can to try inspire make a difference in our community. thanks for your time please check out our page and see our efforts so far and give us a like share follow or positive comment thankyou to everyone and all local business owners who supported the project to date. My aim is ro hopefully be able to fund a suitable replacement veichle. Old Compact tractor multi use ? Old utility vehicle multi use or any old van golf buggy anything road legal or a old car with towbar or old 4x4. Or what do you want to see owned & utilised by the community for 2026 to continue doing what i can & more. after the van generoisly donated by billy walker & family who made the project suceed & help many schools members of the community & become a member of buchan community support team for adverse weather support another volunary group.it served well has no longer a valid mot & is at end of its life & no longer viable to repair. I also need to be able to cover maintanace & project running costs which i currently do i am one person who is - admin driver labourer vehicle maintanace & more & its not easy. Its a long shot & its not been easy. But we have 3 months mot till feb 2026 on temp vehicle left on loan from davidsons of rora ltd mintlaw. Who have kindly supportedthe project & community and made it possible to continue to date. Unless someone or a company wishes to take on the project sponsor it. Or provide it with the means to stay mobile in return for avertising or ownership of the project. I fear we may end up u able ro continue without being mobile. If we can save this or suceed with transfer of ownership if its something thats possible. I would still volunteer my time and be as commited to make this work as i have sonce the start.
