On May 5, 2026, Travis Applegate was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. Travis was rushed to Community Medical Center before being transported by helicopter to the Level 1 trauma unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Anyone who knows Travis knows what an incredible person he is. As the owner of Sink or Swim Tattoo Parlor in Bayville, New Jersey, he has used both his incredible talent and successful business to give back to his community in countless ways. Travis can often be found collaborating with and donating to food banks and local organizations throughout Ocean County.

Travis is currently still hospitalized and, because of the extensive injuries throughout his body, is unable to work. As the sole provider for his beautiful wife, Crystal, and their three amazing children, the financial burden facing the family is overwhelming. Between the loss of income and mounting medical expenses, they need the support of their community now more than ever.
