My name is Jae and I am raising funds for a dear friend Jamie Hammond. Jamie is a social worker and single mom who recently broke their knee in an accident, preventing them from driving to work and doing basic daily tasks. Due to Jamie's insurance, there is a $2590.40 up front cost to continue the surgery. We are asking our friends, families, and community members to help donate up to $3,000 to pay for the surgery and extra expenses from her being off her feet and unable to work. Her son is 16 and starting school again in August, a big concern is getting him things necessary for school. Jamie works tirelessly for her family and her community, leading outreach organizations that help the under resourced and others in the area.
