House of Hope Ministries is a 501(c)(3) non-profit known as the best kept secret in Redmond, Oregon! Our focus is serving our communities needs through the Lavender House Thrift and Gift building located at Glacier Avenue and 14th Street. We are completely privately funded thanks to the kind generosity of many. We offer a free food bank twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, also offering social time, mentoring and prayer, if needed. We have twelve garden boxes we use to grow food for the food bank. We have group homes we manage for men in recovery as well.

The reason we are reaching out to our community for assistance is our 3500sq ft building roof is in dire need of repair. We have patched and replaced lost shingles for many years, but now the leaks threaten the building’s framework along with the contents of five freezers and two refrigerators we use to store food bank items in.
