Community Kindness: Aid for Jorge (Neighborhood Elotero)

Greetings family, friends and community members, I am helping out my neighborhood elotero, Jorge C. during these troubling times. He has been unable to operate as he normally would due to the ICE raids. Normally he would walk and sell elotes in the neighborhood at least five days out of the week. With the ICE raids happening in our city of Bell and these agents praying on people that are particularly alone, he is at risk when he has came out to sell. He treats everyone in the neighborhood with kindness and has never bothered anyone. He would like to share that he has his wife and son whom he lives with at home and that anything that others can contribute right now would be greatly appreciated.

Saludos familia, amigos, y miembros de la comunidad. Estoy tratando de ayudar a mi elotero de mi vecindad, Jorge C. durante estos difíciles tiempos. No a podido operar como normalmente hubiera por las redadas que están haciendo ICE. Normalmente trabaja almenos cinco días a la semana. Con las redadas de ICE ocurriendo en la cuidad de Bell y estos agentes aprovechando de las personas que están solos/as, Jorge corre un riesgo cuando sale a vender los días que puede. El siempre a sido muy amable con las gente de la comunidad y no a molestado a nadie. El gustaría compartir con la gente que tiene a su esposa y su niño con quien vive y que cualquier ayuda seria muy agradecida.
