We are building a network of empowered individuals and intergenerational communities, and we want you to join us in this mission!

We are currently working towards organizing ourselves as a Private Membership Association, and we are inviting you to be one of the foundational members!

That thing that we’ve been envisioning for years, drawing up plans for, and talking about incessantly…

It’s actually happening!

And we are so incredibly excited about it!

Alright, so…

Imagine you have access to a comfy and inspiring co-working space where all your friends are. Where you can stretch out and relax, connect with others, and really feel at home.

Live events and workshops are happening regularly, where you can expand your mind, enhance your skills, and shake your booty.

Art from the community is hanging on the walls, and products from the community are available at the market.

Community Projects focused on Nourishing the Earth, and Uplifting Humanity are easily accessible, empowering you to make a positive impact whenever you have free time.

And should conflict emerge, a team of trained individuals can assist you in creating mutually beneficial resolutions with Non-Violent Communication, Authentic Relating, and Restorative Justice.

Sounds, pretty ideal right?

Well it’s happening!

And we want you to join us!

Because “you don’t make community for others, you make it WITH others”.

And we want to build this CommUnity, with you!

After all, this is Our CommUnity Hub!

This is the beginning of something BIG!

Our focus at this time is providing the community with a physical hub from which to activate our full potential and establishing a center for conflict resolution for the community.

Conflict is at the center of why so many communal endeavors can fail, often blocking our personal and collective evolution. We are excited to provide a space for Unitive Justice, mediation, and counseling services to all those who may benefit from having support through discordances.

Unitive Justice provides an intermediary pathway that can prevent needing to take legal actions, leaving situations unresolved, and having to resort to ending collaborations and relationships.

With your support, we have opened a location that will allow these and other services to be offered to the community, while also providing opportunities for other aligned organizations and visionaries to co-work, network, and build foundations for the new paradigm.

In the future, we will raise funds to purchase property from which we can operate, but at this time renting is the most feasible to co-create this launchpad.

These funds will go directly towards opening a base of operations in the Colorado Front Range and establishing our PMA. No raffles, sweepstakes, giveaways, or returns on investment are offered in exchange for any donations made to my GoFundMe.

We are accepting 111 members in the initial wave.

Even if you don’t want to participate, your donation will be put towards a wonderful cause that will benefit all of humanity and support the dreams of some very activated visionaries. If you are not local to Colorado, you can also benefit by having access to the services we offer remotely, vote to open a hub in your area next, and/or come visit us!

The #1 core value of this association will be transparency within a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). All records of accounts, decisions, and transactions will be available to members. To establish the foundation we will have a few core tenants, to include:

1. Transparency withing organization while honoring personal privacy.

2. The required portion of membership funds will be put towards maintaining base(s) of operation/ hubs. If the hub is self-generating the funds needed for its maintenance, any profits will go toward the PMA resource pool.

3. All funds and resources obtained through membership and/or association profits exceeding the amount required to maintain established hub(s) are voted on through a system such as loomio https://www.loomio.com/ with a focus of purchasing earth-stewardship based land trusts.

4. PMA will function as a holocracy with each contributing and collaborating project and organization being responsible for their own functions, while reporting periodically to PMA for support, resource distribution, and mutual guidance.

5. Members agree to utilize Unitive Justice and/or mediation to resolve conflicts within the PMA.

6. We work towards a system with sweat equity/ volunteer-based memberships and access to services for all.

7. PMA will be designed to be plug and play with other PMAs.

$11,111 is a good baseline to start and establish a solid hub.

Here’s a rough budget for the foundational phase, to be refined at initial meetings:

$3500 - baseline rent on entire unit

$3700- 2nd unit ~ Healing hub

$1700- Utilities, wifi, supplies needed to establish foundation (cleaning, furniture, garden, sound system, drinking water etc)

$1311- Costs associated with establishing PMA, unforeseen costs, or Land Trust fund

Initial funds will be transferred and held by the non-profit All Coopertunities Are Beautiful until PMA is established.
