On Vandyke and 34 mile road, there is a disabled veteran who could use the community’s help. My dad decided to stop and ask him his story. He explained how he’s behind on his apartment bills and car payments, and how he now has to “stand outside and embarrass himself.” This Christmas season, my dad and I would like to raise money for him to get back on his feet. His name is Kevin and is falling on some hard times. He deserves it as much as we all do!
