Community Mural Project

We are working to create a more welcoming and healing healthcare environment for the local homeless population served in downtown Minneapolis. Studies have shown that murals and art in healthcare settings have a measurably positive impact on clients within those spaces. Hundreds of people experiencing homelessness utilize this community resource every year; local artist Reggie LeFlore is attached to this project to create a large mural that better represents the people and the community served at this location. We are endeavoring to raise enough money to cover the cost of the mural and any incidentals associated with it to create a more inviting and healing environment for people utilizing these services.
