Hi my name is Sarah I am an advanced practitioner providing voluntary free health checks for my community. Currently I provide basic assessments and advice on a range of health matters, including but not exclusive to blood pressure, skin assessment, ear assessment, musculoskeletal problems and mental health.

I would like to provide blood and heart assessments in the form of checks using an Electrocardiogram (ECG) to assess the heart rhythm and spot blood checks for high blood sugars and cholesterol.

I am asking you to donate towards the purchase of these kits to enable me to provide this service free of charge to the community.

Any remaining funds will go towards the purchase and upkeep of a new defibrillator for our local community
