Community Fundraising for The Stags Head Garden Project

 

We have had 5 great months at The Stag because of your support and now is the time to upgrade the pub garden and we are hoping you’ll become part of the next step in the journey?!

 

The Stags Head – a beloved gathering place for locals, families, and friends alike, is in great need of your support.

 

Since VOLUNTEERING to take on The Stags Head in December 2023, The Brewery (Red Oaks) have supported us with the initial improvement of the Pub functionally and making it safe for our customers to enjoy. They are continuing to support us in tidying up the building, starting with the kitchen, which will be amazing! BUT we still need your help lovely people of Earls Barton.

 

Why do we need your help?

 

The pub is in desperate need of a garden make-over to support the summer plans. We could wait till next year, but after talking to many members of the community, we would like to try and achieve the garden plans sooner for you all to enjoy.

We are hoping for a DIY SOS … asking all available (qualified) landscapers and builders to help get the garden fully equipped ASAP, with the following:

* an outdoor space (patio) for live music/events

* a canopy structure for shade and rainy days

* outdoor electrics

* outdoor heaters

* new fencing

* new seating

* lighting

* play equipment for the children 

*outdoor bar & fridges

 

Unfortunately, the costs for all this make it impossible for us to tackle the challenge alone. As the new owners of the business, we volunteer all our time and services to the pub, and therefore are unable to do this alone. So, we need your support to breathe new life into this historic gem, ensuring it remains a vibrant hub for good times, great food, and lasting memories.

 

By contributing to our crowdfunding campaign, you will be helping to preserve a place where memories are made, friendships are forged, and laughter echoes through the walls. Every pledge, no matter how small, will make a difference in revitalizing our beautiful pub.

 

Giving The Stags Head a new lease of life by remodelling the pub garden to make the experience better, making it stand out, making it fun and lively, making it the best family pub it can be.

 

Every step of the way, we will be documenting the whole journey – from the start of the marketing and the launch of the fundraising, to the start of the refurbishment and finishing with the grand unveiling. We are going to show it all through our social channels and we cannot wait to have you on the journey with us.
