Community Effort: Brentwood Tract C Pond Restoration
Donation protected
We are the Volunteers of the Brentwood Tract C Storm Water Retention Pond responding to the need to maintain our communal pond.
According to the City of Bothell, we need to remove vegetation higher than 18 inches on the pond bottom and on the slopes, as well as remove accumulated sediment in the flow control structure. After removing the offending vegetation, we need funds to replant the pond bottom and slopes to inhibit invasive plant regrowth. We also need to pay for the felling of a dead tree discovered during project work and for which we are legally liable.
The goals are to pass this City inspection, to avoid future inspection failures, make for future minimal maintenance, and improve the pond's aesthetic appearance.
We are kindly requesting a donation of $75 or more per household to accomplish these tasks.
