During the meeting with parents at the start of our coaching programme, I explained that our sponsorship income fell short of what was required to sustain the programme into March and complete all 10 sessions. Several options were discussed, and the majority of parents expressed support for a one-off contribution to enable us to continue as planned.

As a result, I am now requesting a contribution of £20 per participant to ensure we can replicate the success of previous programmes.
