Hi all!

I am writing on behalf of Cruise Coffee Cafe. This is a surprise to their owner Erin. A couple of us have been volunteering, working on the edible herb boxes and helping upkeep the flowers. We noticed she doesn't have much signage and she mentioned people often have a hard time finding her cafe.

 

Erin serves SO much in the community and we thought what a great way to honor her 1 year anniversary buy helping raise funds for her new sign and the installation of it. 

 

But Erin doesn’t just serve coffee. She is constantly looking for ways in which she can serve her community. Her businesses regularly host fun family events to celebrate holidays with free craft activities for children and photo opportunities. After over 20+ years working with children, Erin launched her coffee business. She has such a love for our town, the children and families in it. 

 

During the pandemic Erin worked to support those in need; donating food, coffee and treats to those experiencing hardship. She designated her cafe a safe space for children and encouraged other businesses to do the same. She ran a free personal defense session at the cafe after witnessing two teenage girls in a difficult situation. She gave out her personal phone number to our local moms group after a local suicide attempt by a mother in crisis. These are just a couple ways she has been a wonderful part of our commUINTY!

 

So now as we approach the one year anniversary of Erin opening the Cruise Cafe we would like to give her a gift in return.

 

If everyone who enjoys Cruise made a donation we think we could easily cover the cost of the sign and allow her to advertise her cafe during this difficult time for small businesses.
