Church Lawton Community Christmas Day 2022.

We are Bev, Ken and Linda, Church Lawton residents who wish to arrange a Christmas Day for those locally who are struggling or lonely this Christmas. With volunteers' help, we will offer friendship, company, warmth, a listening ear, carols, games, and a full Christmas Dinner for 100 residents living in or near Church Lawton. We wish to reach those that would be otherwise sad, lonely and financially struggling. We welcome families with children and those on their own. We have so far secured the use of Lawton Memorial Hall, a small donation from Church Lawton Parish Council, Turkey, from A J Greens & Sons and vegetables from Freshview. We hope this fundraiser will go some way to helping those less fortunate at this time of year, given the current economic climate. We hope that with the help and kindness of others living locally, we can raise extra funds to purchase presents and anything else that is required. We wish to give those who apply to attend a Christmas Day to enjoy and remember. Your donations will be gratefully received. Thank you.
