Community Care in Action: Support Vermont Trans Masc Camp

Help support a magical camp weekend for Trans Masc Folks!

Vermont Trans Masc Camp is a four-day summer camp for transmasculine adults who are looking for connection, celebration, and joy in a space that’s truly made for us, by us. Camp was first created in 2022 as a space to build community and be in nature surrounded by other transmasculine folks. This year, it’s entering an exciting new chapter: under new leadership and at a beautiful new location, we’re carrying forward the heart of camp while growing into what’s next.

Now more than ever, coming together to build safe community is of utmost importance.

We strive to create a safe, accessible, and affordable space. One of the ways we do that is by offering sliding scale registration rates, including a BIPOC reparations rate as well as a reduced rate for folks for whom the at-cost rate is not financially accessible. Your donation goes directly toward subsidizing these rates, so cost isn’t a barrier for anyone. Every contribution, big or small, helps us keep camp accessible and sustainable.

With your support, we can continue to build a world where trans masc people feel safe, celebrated, and deeply connected. Thank you for being in community with us.

With gratitude,
The Vermont Trans Masc Camp Organizers
Hunter, Seth, Drift, Kameron, and Nate

A Note About Our Website
We want to acknowledge that our website is currently hosted on Wix. We recently learned about the boycott of Wix and recognize that by continuing to use this platform we are complicit in harm. We are very close to the start of camp and do not have the capacity to transition our site before then, but we take responsibility for this impact. We want to use the power we have to support Palestinian people rather than their oppressors, and as part of that commitment we will migrate our website to another platform as soon as camp ends.

Why We Need Camp: Testimonials from Those Who've Been There

"Transmasc Camp brought together such a beautiful diversity of experience & identities. The space was very welcoming of folx across the trans masc spectrum. Camp felt very relaxed with just enough structure and fun programming with zero pressure. Highly recommend!"
- Big T

"You have to be here -- as a transmasc person you need to give this gift to yourself. It's a courageous & profound step towards healing & joy. Do it!"

"For the past three years, transmasc camp has been a source of fun, support, connection, many wonderful friends, and so much more that I’m unable to put into words. To be in a room of dozens of other transmasc individuals gave me such a sense of awe the first few times I attended, which has now become a form of medicine for me. The opportunities for connection, togetherness, and community care are unmatched compared to any other space I’ve been in. This is truly a unique and wonderful experience for anyone who is craving being truly seen to the fullest extent of the word."
- Ricky, 28

"Amazing group of people, and so damn good to be around a ton of transmascs. I leave camp already excited about the next one!"
- Mev

"Full belly laughter, friends, hope for the future."
- Kal

"Camp is what gets me through the rest of the year. The friends I made at camp have been a really big part of my life and we have made such deep connections that we now plan our own trips several times a year just to tide us over a bit until we can be at camp again. If you aren't sure if you are 'transmasc enough' for transmasc camp, please come! There are so many of us who are very *shrug emoji* about gender and are just loosely masc or enby aligned. I look forward to camp every year and can't wait until the next one. Hope to have you join us!"

"Safe, affirming, life-changing, connecting, supportive, fun!!"
- Jakob

"Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes, yes, and yes 100 times over! This program was so impactful, and I feel like I am leaving with an improved sense of self and love."
- Finn
