The Ethiopian Community Association of BC has been successful in bringing a colorful summer festival to Burnaby BC for the last seven years. The event has fast grown in popularity attracting more than 5000 attendees; it has become one of the major summer events of BC.

 ECA  is a non-profit organization established to preserve and promote our culture, thereby contributing to the Cultural Mosaic of Canada.  In addition, we are engaged in community and youth empowerment programs that would foster a strong and vibrant community.

Since we are a nonprofit organization, we depend on good people like you to sustain

our programs,     

·         New Immigrants settlement assistance , referrals,     information

·         Interpretation and translation

·         Social support services to families and individuals

·         Amharic Language class for kids

·         Seniors program

·         Youth empowerment programs

The Ethiopian Summer Festival will be held on July 15, 2017 at Wesburn Park Burnaby BC.
