Hi, my name is Jonathan. I created this GoFundMe for my coworker Victor D. and his wife who lost about half or more of their belongings due to smoke damage cause by a fire that started at their apartment building. They barely escaped in the middle of the night to save their own lives. Along with their belongings, they also lost their cat. God calls us to be there for one another and to carry each other’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). If I was in their position, I know I would want help, and that’s why I created this—to help them and so that they do not feel alone in this.
