Comfort Christine in Memory of Terry

Hello, my name is Chelsea. I am one of the 8 grandchildren of Christine & Terry Chase. My family and I recently had our whole world flipped upside down with the passing of our grandfather, husband, father, brother, and friend- Terry. Or as i know him, Grandpapa

On September 9, 2024 we lost one of the best men, in so many lives. Terry (grandpapa), had to be rushed to the hospital with an unexpected health issue. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do to save him. No surgery or medication would bring him back to consciousness and help him walk, talk, and breathe on his own again. Anyone that knows Terry, knows that this is NOT him.. There was no handy work he couldn’t do and nothing he couldn’t fix. He was honest, open, caring, and would give the shirt off his back to absolutely anybody in need. He loved to joke around and laugh his boisterous laugh. You could always find him on the go and doing something. He was superman to his wife, his daughters, and all of his grandchildren. A father figure to all of us. He impacted our lives daily and was present EVERY. Single. Day. Especially for his wife and absolute best friend- Christine or Chris, but to us our nana. Who he was married to for 47 beautiful years.

Our main goal and focus with this GoFundMe is to raise enough money to give Chris (nana) some peace of mind when it comes to expenses surrounding grandpa’s final goodbyes and the day to day things she will learn to navigate on her own. We do not need anyone to go above and beyond, what you can contribute is appreciated. Even just a share. We just want to relieve some stress and give our nana some comfort in this time.
