College Gate Residents

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

College Gate is a beautiful development, but unfortunately the entrance area facing onto the road has become an eye sore. We managed to get the Bracken developer to landscape the area originally, but it has fallen into disrepair. We want to change this!!

We have got a quote from a gardener to tidy up the area – prune shrubs, rip out brambles and restore order. To do this, we need money! We need €520 to do the tidy up. If we raise any more (here’s hoping!!!) this will be ALL spent on getting other work done (e.g. cleaning footpath at entrance). The amount we are trying to raise is relatively modest, considering that Bracken pay more than €700 per house per annum.

The wider plan is to get some further assistance next year from Fingal (e.g. do more planting, more trees etc.) However, to do this, we need to show them that we are an active community and take pride in where we live.
