Fundraiser for Collective Hub, Swadlincote

Collective Hub provides a variety of free groups, offering support and safe spaces for the community, along with youth provisions catering to all ages and abilities. We run free community activities every Saturday, a free Family Time Café with games and crafts, and free youth boxing sessions every Wednesday. Our Community Café also serves affordable hot and cold food.

Over the past year, we have heard countless positive stories from people of all ages and abilities about how Collective Hub has made a difference in their lives. From providing a safe space for young people to supporting families and adults, our impact on the local community has been invaluable.

We are fortunate to receive part-funding from the National Lottery and BBC Children in Need, and we are incredibly grateful to Miles for Smiles for their generous donation of equipment for our sensory room. However, as we continue to provide low-cost or free food, drinks, and activities, we struggle to cover the costs of essential building repairs, replacing broken equipment, and expanding our services. Rising expenses, including additional heating bills, add to this challenge.

We are seeking support from the local community and businesses to help us continue our work. Every donation is truly appreciated and allows us to keep providing safe spaces and vital support for young people, families, and adults in Swadlincote.
