Sooooo, here we go again. My 14th Hastings Half Marathon, which I will be running on Sunday 23rd March 2025. It will be my 5th in support of THE COASTGUARD ASSOCIATION CHARITY...and I'm praying for some generous supporters to help me gather together a decent wad of cash to send to them!

They might not be a large, well-known charity like the yella-wellied one I previously ran for, but they provide invaluable support to both active and retired coastguard personnel in times of need.

As in recent years, I'm aiming to finish the Hastings Half Marathon on 23rd March as close as possible to the 2-hour mark, but we'll see! As I keep telling people (and myself), it's not about the speed, and I'm just thankful to God that He has kept my knees in trim and preserved all the other essentials to allow me to do this.
