Hi everyone, my name is Kate and this is all about my lovely big brother Colin.
Colin has always been they for everyone no matter what. He is always kind and funny and loved by loads. He is 71 and still works, he has a miserable state pension and has been offered pension credit but it is impossible to live on as he lives with his beautiful wife in a static caravan which isn't residental so he gets no help with his with living cost, so he is still working and has to pay tax on what he earns. He has now been diagnoised with cancer of the throat and tongue. He has just had a feeding peg fitted in his stomach, five teeth have been removed so a mask can be made for him to assist his radiotherapy which will be everyday for 6 weeks. There is an 80% chance that this will work or he will have to have clemotherapy. He is very positive and is determined to get fit and conquer this. Having no money worries will help him concentrate on getting well. So please, if you can, be generous. If you can only donate a little it all helps. Thanks. Kate (younger sister)
