Since 8th grade, I have been able to continue connections with our friends at City of Refuge, and visited in March of 2016. Over the last four years, the family who began City of Refuge has taught me the beauty and importance of truly seeing those who are lost or forgotten, and also how to value each and every person I encounter. City of Refuge has changed my heart to more clearly see the abandoned, weak, and lonely.
I plan to graduate high school early, in December, and spend January-May 2018 in Ghana teaching, serving, and working in other ways that are needed. I am so thankful for the opportunity to return to Ghana and experience again the incredible love and feeling of freedom that is overflowing from those at CORM. I am very thankful for the many people who have donated, walked with me through this journey, and encouraged me along the way, and I am asking one more time for support along these next few months. Donations will be used for me to live at CORM and will cover my basic needs. I would greatly appreciate any support that you are willing to provide, even if it is not financial, and would also encourage prayer and support for City of Refuge directly, as they are doing so many beautiful things in Ghana.
