Hi, my name is Colby, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life.

Recently, I suffered a life-altering injury that led to the amputation of my dominant right hand. I cannot work anymore and this has completely changed the way I live day to day — from the simplest tasks to my ability to support myself, as in putting clothes on, playing sports, doing laundry, etc. I’m now facing a long and challenging healing journey, both physically and emotionally. 

Because of this, I am currently unable to work. I’m doing everything I can to stay strong and hopeful, but I need help to stay afloat during this time.

• Transportation and costs for frequent doctor visits and physical therapy

• Daily living expenses while I’m unable to work

• Basic needs like food, housing, and utilities during recovery
