Coffee mate MONTHLY subscription (£5)

Hi there, as some of you may know.

my name is Danny, I set out on a one man mission to help my local city Southampton with their mental health and suicide issues throughout the city.

Within three weeks we had managed to raise enough funds to buy not only one but two coffee hubs alone with patrol hubs.

In four weeks we have managed to put together a team of professionals from social workers to police, mental health professionals, carers, teachers, hairdressers, and Posties!

Therapists and counselling that has been donated to us for those we find in crisis.

We patrol areas that have high suicide rate or attempted suicide rates and try to add prevention and diffusion of any emergency / life threatening situations.

Everything we do is voluntary within coffee mate, we are a community based project.

Supporting those in a mental health crisis or bereavement.

With a private room in our hubs for anybody struggling can come and be alone or with company ( Mascots ) coffee tea or soft drink.

Everything we have done and arranged for Southampton we have exactly the same for Portsmouth / Havant.

We are now looking for members who would like to join a monthly rolling subscription on Go fund me, so you can help keep coffee mate running.

Our coffee mate hubs, patrol team equipment, licences, DBS checks, insurances, transportation twice of the containers / decoration.

All above has been raised and now complete, please now help us stay and grow towards the end goal…

A BRAND NEW FACILITY FOR MENTAL HEALTH WITH MORE BEDS

In six weeks we have managed to achieve something that has never been done, or had backing like coffee mate has! To know we helped bring numbers down on emergency call outs from the coast guard, ambulance crew, police! Local authorities!

We have also grown amazing professional relationships with our clients that have now found comfort, peace, and stability with regular contact and the support links we add and out in place.

The mental health crisis team have been so welcoming and even patrolled with us!

it’s now time for the second stage of coffee mate, please help us get there until our coffee hubs start to generate a regular income.
