Hi there, as some of you may know.

my name is Danny, I set out on a one man mission to help my local city Southampton with their mental health and suicide issues throughout the city.

Within three weeks we had managed to raise enough funds to buy not only one but two coffee hubs alone with patrol hubs.

In four weeks we have managed to put together a team of professionals from social workers to police, mental health professionals, carers, teachers, hairdressers, and Posties!

Therapists and counselling that has been donated to us for those we find in crisis.

We patrol areas that have high suicide rate or attempted suicide rates and try to add prevention and diffusion of any emergency / life threatening situations.

Everything we do is voluntary within coffee mate, we are a community based project.

Supporting those in a mental health crisis or mental health related need.

We now have this beautiful building that we are working hard to transform for the community of Havant and Leigh park to enjoy full time, 7 days week from teenagers to elderly who suffer with mental health and challenges emotions or feelings.

This safe space is an umbrella of support and resources for the city that will be a permanent reminder of what our community does for each other.

Mental health and suicide is extremely high across the uk and the world, let’s start the support at home and in our cities, it’s our loved ones, family members and colleagues who are suffering around us.
